Limitation on the BigCommerce platform
Sarah Chapman was previously running its online store using the BigCommerce platform, which was somewhat limiting and wasn’t capable of handling its business needs. It had commissioned several agencies who were slow to work with and unable to meet Sarah Chapman’s demands. In addition, the clinic had encountered a number of development nightmares with these agencies due to their lack of eCommerce knowledge and skill.
Sarah Chapman had a mammoth vision to grow its online business, design an engaging customer experience that was genuinely mobile-friendly, and expand internationally.
Redesign of Sarah Chapman eCommerce website on Magento
We rebuilt the Sarah Chapman eCommerce store on the Magento 2 platform, with a refreshing brand new design which was more engaging and user friendly than the old dated and clunky version. We implemented helpful and valuable features, such as advanced rich filters, and integrated with Klevu’s smart search, making browsing and finding products a breeze for customers.
We stripped away all of the unnecessary junk and simplified the checkout process by implementing a One Step Checkout page. No more complicated or long-winded checkouts: customers could check out quickly, leading to an increase in conversions.
